In the early 70s there was a guide overt by Glenn Bland, legendary as "Success! The Glenn Bland Method. This little 175 page enchiridion as fundamental skills and systems for succeeding. Glenn Bland became a very achieverful soul in the Life Insurance industry, but his thoughts and ideas are easily transferable to any endeavor that mortal wishes to partake in.

Granted the book is a little dated since its first copyright was in 1972, but achiever is universal. One affair that Glenn addresses very directly is the mentality of achiever. Much of what he negotiation about harkens back to think and grow Rich by Napoleon Hill e.g. anyaffair you can think of believing you can accomplish. Another idea is that men with goals and plans dictate to others patc men who have no goals and plans are set to. And also the construct of quit thinking about all the reasons you can't do someaffair and think of all the reasons why you can.

Mr. Bland and had quite little of research, no doubt, not directly for this book to but just to be achieverful in his life. One affair he says is you are the sum of your thoughts, if you think a negative terms you will accomplish negative results but if you think in positive terms you will accomplish positive results.
